Depending on the vehicle and available sources, a VinAudit history report may show registration and vehicle status records, odometer readings, theft information, recall information, manufacturer buybacks, and matching U.S. vehicle history.

Not every event appears in a vehicle history database. Use reports alongside a physical inspection, vehicle documentation, and official registry checks where appropriate.

Dealer Program pricing consists of a monthly subscription plus a separate charge for each vehicle history report.

Applicable taxes may apply. The monthly subscription renews until cancelled, and report usage is billed separately under the Terms and Conditions.

You can request cancellation using the online cancellation form. Outstanding usage charges remain payable under the current terms.

What does the Dealer Program cost?

The Dealer Program costs C$25 per month plus C$5 for each vehicle history report, before applicable taxes. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Report usage is charged separately.

How do I register for a dealer account?

Visit Create Account, choose Dealer Program, and follow the registration instructions. You will be asked for account details and to review the applicable terms.

Is the program only for car dealerships?

The program is designed for dealerships and other businesses that regularly need vehicle history information. Review the registration requirements to determine whether the account is suitable for your business.

What information can a vehicle history report include?

Available records may cover registration history, vehicle status and branding, odometer information, theft records, recalls, manufacturer buybacks, and matching U.S. history. The contents of a report depend on the VIN and source coverage. See Report Sections for more detail.

Can I search multiple VINs?

The dealer account is designed for recurring VIN searches. The available dealer workflow includes single- and multiple-VIN searches; follow the options shown in your account.

Can I access reports later or save a copy?

Dealer account resources describe access to previously generated reports and the ability to save or print PDFs. Use, retention, and sharing are subject to your account’s current terms.

Can I use the Dealer Program from a phone?

Yes. The Dealer Program supports access using a mobile web browser.

How does VinAudit compare with CARFAX Canada?

Are dealer reports different from consumer reports?

Available report content depends on the enrolled plan and records reported for a VIN. For a dealer account with Full VinAudit report access, the published dealer information describes the same available report content as the consumer report. Review your plan details when enrolling.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Submit a request using VinAudit Canada’s account cancellation form. Your access, outstanding usage charges, and billing are governed by the current Terms and Conditions.
